The Suspended Electromagnet Separator also known as Overband Electromagnet normally have two ways of installation Cross Belt Position (perpendicular to the material transport flow) and Inline Position(parallel above the material transport flow)

CHNMAG QJRCDB Model Manual Unloading Suspended Electromagnet also used for the ferrous metal removing purpose from conveyor belt system. Compare to QJRCDD model self discharge electromagnet, this model of magnet requires manually discharge the metal pieces from magnet bottom after certain operation period. This model only applicable for the ferrous contentment is not high in the material stream.
