Introduction
Magnetic Head Pulley also know as magnetic roller is a reliable solution for the continuous extraction of ferrous metals from a product stream. Magnetic pulley or magnetic roller are installed as a replacement head pulley at the discharge end of a conveyor to separate the ferrous material away from other materials.

Features of Magnetic Head Pulley 1. Magnetic Head Pulley is assembled by Rare Earth magnets or ferrite magnets 2. Axial Poles arrangement to ensure deep and strong magnetic reach out 3. Magnetic Roller Same like magnetic head pulley, magnetic roller is also used to replace the conveyor end pulley to achieve the contentious separation. But the magnetic roller is designed with radial magnet poles which leads to high magnetic flux on roller surface but short reach out, which means it can only equipped into the thin belt system.
