QJRCY-L Permanent Overband Magnetic Separator also known as Cross Belt Magnetic Separator or Cross Belt Magnet designed with strong and stable magnetic strength equipped with a continuously discharge running belt, is used for pulling out tramp iron from belt conveyed material stream. The advanced design and structure make Overband Magnetic Separator aka cross belt magnet ideal for use in waste recycling, shredding, mining, wood chips and demolition applications.

This model of Cross Belt Magnetic Separator use stainless steel plates to cover the surface of material discharge rubber belt which will protect the rubber belt from damaging caused by sharp or heavy metal pieces and increase the life span of rubber running belt
• QJRCY-PL Overband Magnetic Separator with Protection Housing
This Overband Magnet model use a stainless steel housing to cover the belt running area to prevent man injury from touching the belt by accident.

Standard Cross Belt Magnet are use Ferrite Magnet as the magnetic power system which is quite sufficient for most application, but some applications when the material burden depth and material density is high ,like coal or mining industry, these application will require high magnetic power and deeper reach out of Cross Belt Magnetic Separator to pull the iron pieces out. Will recommend to use rare earth magnet system instead of ferrite magnet system when comes to these application.
